88: Shades of Happiness.

“HAPPINESS” is an emotion that isn’t easy to draft into words, but we can find it if we look for it. We can find happiness in the smallest places, the littlest things, and in the beautiful beings with whom we share our world.
Each instance of this emotion has a story to tell.

Here are tiny-tales of happiness I witnessed last year:
1) A couple struggling with infertility for around 12 years were blessed with twins.
2) Getting goodies or gifts as a surprise making it a special day.
3) Traveling and exploring the outside world, even if it’s virtual, brings pleasure to the soul.
4) Finally, being able to possess something that you had a longing to own. 5) Being able to bring joy to another.
6) Strengthening a relationship with someone you care about.
7) That moment when one achieves their goal through hard work and determination.
8) Finding pleasure in the simple things in life – taking a relaxing shower, a good night’s sleep, watching an exciting show on TV, a delicious meal, chatting with a friend…
9) Taking control of one’s life by being innovative and finding ways to be self-motivated and content.
10) Choosing to be kind can make someone’s day.
11) Believing that one can do it and one’s dreams become a reality.

The list goes on. I hope this list causes you to reminisce on some of the stories of happiness in your life because as I put it together, it reminded me of some of mine.
